The way i see it - theres not many interested buyers as the stock is has been stagnant with flat revenue growth, despite it is said to become technically cashflow positive soon (probably just). Buyers appear to be wanting something with massive prospects/revenue growth to come. Also though i see that some sellers are deliberately keeping this stock within the low 40c to high 30c range - easy done due to lack of trading activity.
