Ultimately digging up ore and converting it to spodumene is the much simpler part of the equation. The engineering to get a Li Hydroxide plant up and successfully operating is the challenge and you just need to look round the world to see that everybody has issues along that path.
The good news for EUR is that building a process plant in Saudi is a much easier ask due to flexible permitting, copious volumes of available cash and an availability of labour and the widgets which can be made in Asia at a good price, with no inside country content issues and excellent engineering knowledge from Australians who have local experience on Tianqi, Covalent, Kemerton etc.
