Don't feel I am down ramping. Have been with GDN for a while now and lost a S#&t load (on paper). I am sick and tired of all the "Directors are please or very pleased" crap, how many of them have there been over the years for what?

How come virtually all the placements have been at rock bottom prices never at a time after good news. Agree that the placement was arranged before the current minor issue. If I was going to get shares at 4 cents and two free options I would sell my holdings at 5 cents, even drive the price down to 4.1 cents and buy back in the placement, I would still be better off. If the Directors really were concerned for current holders, why couldn't there have have been placements at time where the price had rebounded?

Just sick of all the crap. GDN have stated a number of times that Debt Funding was the preferred option. On 1 Feb announced this current funding arrangement. Now 4 months later issue a placement to all their mates at the lowest price it has been for a while to pay debt off. How much more dilution is their going to be. The dilution over the years will cost all LT holders the opportunity to make rewarding return. Those that bought in the later part of PB1 will not get their money back. Not everyone is in a position to keep throwing money into this. Those that could average down and have a average price of 30 cents or more may be lucky to get their money back.

I wonder why they did not rework PB1 earlier and tried to get this into production. Would have cost far less than a new drill and would have provided income far earlier if it had been successful. Guess if it had failed, the GDN employees income stream may have ceased.

Well I hold and continue to pray that Dumb & Dumber are working for current shareholders interest and that they are sincere in trying to make this gas field work.

I don't have a problem losing money on a speculative share if I know that the directors did their absolute best to make a project that had a realistic chance of being viable work. I have stared to wonder about these two.

Guess I could have got out and turned the paper loss into an actual loss. But this is not why I got in in the first place.
