So our new director Harry de Wit owns nearly 14 million shares in DEM. Great to have some expertise around the board table from someone whose interests are so closely aligned with shareholders.
interestingly, 14 million shares is over 5% of the total DEM issued shares (totalling 245 million shares) but I don’t recall a recent substantial holder notice from Mr de Wit and the 2022 annual report doesn’t detail him as a substantial holder.
