Moly - RCP is not comparable to stocks that trade up to 80c. RRL 80+c? Look at their fundamentals no comparison - and management? Well we won't go there.
I'm talking about RCP that has traded for a moment in time post GFC @ 3c! RCP is best defined as a penny dreadful and really you are doing yourself a diservice to compare it any other way. Its a "high risk spec stock".
The only thing in the "wind" was and still is their liquidity issue or more to the point the lack of it hence the consolidation.
In the scheme of things $18m for a listed company is not a big ask but it is down this end of the market - RCP goes to the market for cash to survive not to mine - that is why the white knight is needed - DCM in my books.
What are your thoughts on DCM anyway?
