Here's an even more dumbed down version:

    1. its all open pit ---> cheaper OPEX

    2. top 100m is oxide ore ---> its weathered soft rock ---> easy blasting and digging ---> cheaper OPEX

    3. its all disseminated gold stock work --- > every ton moved has gold ---> assume no waste rock handling ---> cheaper OPEX

    4. amazing metallurgy ---> easy heap leach recovery ---> cheaper OPEX

    5. locality has all the infrastructure required ---> roads, gas, power, air strip, water, town ---> cheaper OPEX and cheaper CAPEX

    6. its not all low grade. we have a high grade core and starter pit ---> quick payback ---> cheaper OPEX and cheaper CAPEX

way that up with other competitors and its pretty easy to see how STN's low grade can have superior ASIC and development costs.
