I will say however that at some point SOQUEM will need to exit from Moblan. If ALB were to commit to buy the 40% share that SOQUEM now owns that would do 2 things.
1. it would immediately give legitimacy to the Moblan project and the value there, much like what has gone on at LTR, our 60% would be rated at whatever price the 40% was sold for.
2. ALB has the know how to pull off multiple hydroxide plants, which is something that very few can bring to the table, and something Sayona will need to pull off to meet their ambitious goals.
I would not expect SOQUEM to entertain any such offers until the PFS is tabled.
