So, if I argue that I haven't been to a doctor or hospital for the last two years would I get my medicare levy refunded to me. NO.
Not paying fuel excise is a bonus for them and it should be acknowledged and they should pay it. The community does pay it and some pay Medicare levy even when they don't use the medical facility.
