state street are just the custodians who lend stock as part of their holdings many for index funds who generate extra revenue by lending the stock out.
the short sellers have been the typical colluded bunch .Jp morgen ,Ing citi group goldmans ..All feasting on the circumstances and exploiting the uncertainty around production ,licence and the thing that has driven the sell off , the decline in ndpr prices .
I dont mind them having a go if thats what they choose to do what i do not like is the reporting rules which is not very clear to decipher .
lynas has a terrific outlook but has some short term headwinds clearly
