Sure we could, as a matter of fact we likely have first right of refusal. The question is however whether the price of their 40% (after pfs/dfs is revealed) is a number we can afford.
We could also negotiate to take a lesser portion of that to make our split more like 75% / 25%. I think if you want someone with expertise to help out with hydroxide however they may want to keep it at 60/40.
