IBX Is a big disappointment. The tech appears very promising...however

-Directors have so little skin in the game.
- If this Tech is so good why is it that 5 of the 6 directors have less than $10k in shares
- They have about 8 million shares between them, say $150k investment on the line, and yet they are paying themselves about $1.5m in cash fees per year
- The company is spending around $3m in cash per quarter. I would argue very little tangible progress..they make a big deal about R&D refunds..pfhtt
- Timing for CR is nothing more than woeful. Wait for the share price to bottom.

Unfortunately, I predict IBX won't get there and the IP will be taken over by the major shareholders
