imo, directors buying shares
could it be that because of their governance,the directors just does not like to get embroiled of taking advantage of that 1st hand knowledge and leave the others 2nd hand. it can be tempted but it can also be abusive later on by one or the others. thats why they say they just concentrate on the oil operation and hope for good renumeration.
this is just my thinking, i am not contradicting anyone as its always good business to be suspicious and "not to trust anyone." they might also have that suspicious and best to avoid.
its always good to have positive and negative discussions because the results are far better than just positive or negative.
i have little knowledge of trading compared to you guys, one time i hold shares for 6 yrs just to make 10% profit.
