re: the lineaments of croupier Yes absolutly correct croupier OD was at the intersection of two major satelitte lineaments... I believe th chap that did the interp was O'Driscoll. The lineament intersections were coincident with a gravity anomaly and I think OD was about No3 on the target list.

WM were not expecting an OD style mineralisation they were testing prioritised anomalies. Geology is a subtle thing and sometimes it has taken years to link a few scattered small mines into a mother lode. Likewise not all the high ranked structural and or geophysical anomalies have the goods and sometimes the lower ranked anomalies end-up coming up trumps Eluria (Cobar region) was around #9 in the priority list and was the last drilled target before end of program.

However no assays no goods ... but then if you wait until the assays you will miss the rocket ship. A bit of Chalco is encouraging but no reports of Cu oxides Bornite, Chalcocite, Cuprite might have given a bit more encouragement.

Also Don't they have a geiger counter. One would think if you were looking at this type of system you could get a pretty good idea prelim idea of mineralisation before assay results by zooming the core with a G.C
