Market shannanigins Budcar - it will play itself soon - very soon on the final offtake and finance release but more likely sooner as markets always look forward.

Speaking of markets looking forward or plane old market irrationale - Australian Rare Earths AR3 up from monday's 25c to Friday's 62c on a resource upgrade. Figure that one out - ARU are fully permitted - 2 off take binders - finance from 2 OZ gov agencies to 350 million - a soon to be 900 mill au finance facility from Germany to become binding and lets not forget Gina's HP significant take up a few months ago. Laughable atm but that's markets and ARU are not alone in their current status which will change as we know very soon. Enjoy the bots computer programming 0.025% trades in the meantime and the exit could be as soon as next week - Friday - one day not enough to hang ones hat on but it was cause for optimism the bots could be readying for exit.
Outstanding quarterly arriving within the fortnight. Perhaps management will release the ECE holding stat - whilst no longer an ASX compliance with CSH - the company releasing updated top 10 or 20 holders is fine.
