Wow. Never seen anyone re-highlight there own misconceptions before as prrof they know what they're on about.

In case you've forgotten your indignant post was based on the erroneous interpretation that the options were alloted on an 1 for 1 basis when in fact it was a 1 for 4 basis. That valued the SP at around 3.3 and not 2 cents as you'd suggested.

There's also little point in patting yourself on the back for predicting "this will go below 3 cents" when
1. It was a very short sub 3 cent dip, and
2. It only happened on the back of a massive plunge in stock prices across the board that you didn't predict care of the European debt crisis and without which the SP would not have even touched the 3 cent mark.

You only get points for picking SP movements within the context of the expected market movements not for lucking out on a drop in the SP because of worldwide market collapses and not based on an inability to read announcements or correctly interpret them.

Also worth noting that as it turns out the company's timing was brilliant and in fact looking at it now it raised the funds at a premium to current prices. It might hurt just a little to those of us who took our share (and then some) but for those with a long term view and an interest in the properity of the company all the way through to production I think we're fairly comfortable with how things went.
