For you IP concerns, call the company, the IP office and yuour lawyer.
For your shareholding concerns, see the registry or call the company, but dont ask anyone to refute an innacurate claim you've made in ignorance of facts that you have avoided obtaining for whatever reason.
I will not be taken to task on refuting someone elses fib - they must prove the fib, that is the onus.
