One of you pointed legal problems with solar plants in a protected area near the town, and I continued reading about. Ecologist won the second Court sentence against the city hall. The city hall changed the PGM to avoid the protection of the area just to put solar panels, that are a very clean technology. This people is against progress! The city hall appealed, but they have loosen again.

So, now it seems like the city mayor is searching for other areas without those hard protections, changing the PGM in other areas near industrial areas (sun is everywhere).

Antiminers seems quite happy in social networks with the Court sentence and SalvemosMontana said that this gives further jurisprudence to their cause, as protection in the PGM to Llanos and Montana are similar and changes are nearly impossible. Even the ecologists talked about it, and I don't know why, but they don't use to talk about the mine.

I don't plan to buy INF, as I don't plan to buy Rio Tinto again after the Serbian lies. For me Cáceres situation is like a "culebrón" and entertains me. Hopefully I will learn something for future projects.
