All the lease is government owned crown land so there is little chance of any compensation.
The Pedpa has cleared the way for easements to piggy back existing infrastructure so there is little risk from that perspective.
I get that you have a very large axe that you continue to grind here but it seems to me that IF Zimbabwean people want to drag their country out of the Stone Age that projects like this should be welcomed and supported.
Ivz has made every effort to include locals and garner their support and I've seen no evidence that there are any locals that have not been supportive.
