I'm referring to you, as a shareholder, scrutinising how and why it was that resulted in the share price drifting back down to the 30's to begin with.

Seems strange to want to give management a pat on their backs for accepting the offer but not holding them to task on why the offer was considered worthwhile to accept in the first place.
