    Once they announce more delays in commissioning it'll be under 3c

    What I can't figure out is all the Alara bulls on here with "buy" sentiments going back months when SP was well north of where we are currently. Yet trading volume suggests none of them want to put their money where their mouths are. Not sure what they are waiting for and what their motives are ??
