looks like shell takeover still on, page-12

Well, these guys are being EXTREMELY careful.

My thoughts have been directors recommended the Shell offer as they were in bed with them and had little alternative when it came but hoped , believed , knew another offer would come (after all there has been an almost indecent time frame from announcement to the holders vote )and true/better value for holders would be achieved.
Perhaps this never was or the current down turn with Europe and also the mining tax? has stopped other offers as time is getting short for another player to get in the game.

Mine will still be a NO vote.
