I agree the dilution is probably the most disappointing component from an overall positive announcement. The potential has always been there with BLR but the lack of information from the Company has crippled the share price in the last 18 months beyond the price of Uranium crashing.

If the options expire worthless then a Cap Raising in the next 12 months has to happen. Hopefully some more news over the next 3 months (not too sure what) gets the share price back up to 8-10c and some interest sparks a run before Feb next year and some money from the options can be realised.
