Of course, as tape-out was announced to GlobalFoundries in January it would currently be in the process of qualification, unlike SkyWater who now have Weebit-Nano ReRAM on the shelf ready for customers to order.
I believe Edward would no doubt have some suggestions for a superior NVRAM solution for Nordic Semiconductors next device releases.
