This is called a share price prop - drop the disappointing news after close on a Friday, and have a nicer announcement magically ready to go early on the Monday morning (VR1 use this technique with their quarterlies amongst a few others). I look forward to reading all the comments about shorters burning, boom, etc. To their credit, Sayona understand the mentality of their shareholders very well!
