Also - there's a huge difference in them being confident and their capability of raising funds, both don't go hand-in-hand They are still a small biotech out of SG, they do not have the numbers right now to raise funds easily and clearly do not have the financial reach to raise on an institutional level.
I understand frustration, but surely you should see the sense behind the move.
