They announced the plant was running at 90% well before Xmas.
The clear point that Sqe was making was that if they continued to operate at that level, it should have only taken one month to produce the total targeted 120kL of eluate. It’s been about 6 months now iirc.
So, clearly, either the plant has been running at far less than even 90% capacity, if the capacity is indeed 40tpa, or they have had very significant downtime; around 5 out of 6 months, with zero output.

Which is it?
Simple.

…but they state it’s been “operating 24/7 with 90% uptime”…
Can’t have it both ways.
How long has it been operating like this?
What is the true capacity?
40 tpa LCE seems way off.

Imo it is your comment that plants don’t operate at 100% from day 1 that illustrates an ignorance of what is actually being discussed here. No-one here disputes your claim there, btw, afaict.
Afaict, it took over 3 months (this year) to produce the remaining 80kL of eluate, which should have taken less than 3 weeks at 90% plant capacity, if that capacity is 40tpa.

Fails the sniff test.
