The previous notice was dated Aug 2019, so the form lists shares acquired / disposed since then.
No conspiracies here in my opinion, as Tiger555 mentioned, dilution of voting power % wise due to CR's since then, despite significant increases in holding. The recent CR and change in % of holding may have triggered the 5% change in holding requiring the market to be informed.
