yeah but how is a judge not looking at this case and seeing the 100m plus spent by AVZ, clear JVA in place legally on paper and not saying to Comm you can't just kick them out and do another JV with someone else.
brown paper bags, bribes etc are one thing, but to have a judge rule in favour of them kicking us out would be a whole new level and I just don't see how it could happen just because they "want to" kick us out of the JV.
