The super tax as is will never see the light of day.
It will be watered down as is what is happening already.
I think Rudd has done a good job keeping people working and us out of rescission.
But this one has gone to far, and he is beginning to know it.
He needs to get some sort of supper tax though so he can save face. But it will be watered down.
It's important to remember that the miners asked for a profits based tax.
