On Twitter Jens says today’s announcement “has nothing to do with ML”, to which I ask; how is this unrelated if ML decree was rescinded by the minister of mines due to ‘disharmonious relations between stakeholders’?

Curious what DeBoss has to say too after his tweet yesterday, this announcement appears contrary to the sentiments expressed by these two shareholders.
