Remembering comminiere must give 10% to the DRC government what will they do with the other 15%? AVZ has the first right of refusal AND if they, comminiere, retain it they must pay there share of costs post ML being granted. If at this stage things aren’t moving forward it will become extremely clear who is causing the hold up as if it’s not AVZ it must be comminiere. It will be extremely hard and appear even more far fetched than some of the current reasoning to argue that AVZ who for over a year as we are so often repeated are the cause of even more delays.
