You have an issue with the CEO not based on any evidence of poor decision-making or bad management but the fact that he is “unproven” in the role?
On his track record with J&J it was an excellent appointment. At less than 8 months in it is still early days but he has moved quickly to accelerate global expansion via the cap raise, key appointments, and strategy.
