"So what's the logic???"
The/my logic is that ALB could secure 4.4% shares after the ridiculous AUD 2.50 offer.
I am convinced that ALB knows the much higher and true value of LTR and that even AUD 3.50 would be a bargain price for them to secure another x%.
My dream would be that in in this scenario of an AUD 3.50 offer, the volume would still remain low, as a clear signal that LTR shareholders will not be taken to the cleaners...
But what would I know...
