I would imagine her conduct would in most cases attract a conviction. Police intervened in a less dangerous incident involving Michael Clarke in Noosa. So lets see the scales of justice here. Its on film so hard to defend although expect her to blame Captain Cook. I'm sure the club owner will make a statement to police.
