J&J is a different kettle of fish. It has the branding, the marketing budget and lots of well established people working there. Not doubting his experience there but it’s a far easier gig then his time at PNV. The growth experienced there may also be years on the pipeline of product development before he got there. I am not privy to those information so can’t comment.
My point is that as CEO of PNV he is unproven, company was growing fine in the US and UK, his strategy is to grow India, China and possibly Japan and Indonesia. Yet to see anything out of any of his vision and the lack of update on them. Would have thought he would be more transparent with company announcements.
