i was working for them when these deals were signed in the 90's, held the stock till the SP peaked in 07 (thanks packer rumours lol) and dont bother following them now, as they are on a long term downward spiral due to industry stupidity.
but they are going to win that fight for compensation and a refund of their licence. its a fight the govt will concede - after the next election.
