Man people are out for blood over the SP decline. Just because we don't get weekly announcements, doesn't mean the company aren't doing anything. Public relations could use an uplift, but I think they have probably resigned themselves to damned if you do, damned if you don't with shareholders and the market at the moment. I think they would have anticipated a positive reaction to the last major announcements, and even held a webinar following to provide further details to shareholders.

100% agree PR needs to ditch the little side gig, that for all we know is not taking up much of his time, but from an external perspective, isn't worth the damage it does by making it look like he isn't 100% focused on PAR.

Everyone is talking about a CR like it's a sure thing and the end of the world. Perhaps the company are off making good on their carrot dangle, as they know they can't keep dangling it forever and shareholders want to see real progress on the revenue side of things to at least minimise future dilution.

In all honesty though, if you diluted the company with another 300m shares today, I would be annoyed, but I would really only be annoyed because I would think I am not going to be as rich one day as I would be if they didn't dilute it so much.

I really recommend people step away for a few hours from HC, and go google PPS. Read about it. Read about it in the veterinary world. Read about studies people have done. Read about it's safety profile. Read about the SAS. Read about the long history of the drug, how it works, how they think its has a whole body effect due to it working on OA, even though its not being injected into the specific joint. Read about the science of how it inhibits activation of inflammation. Read about how they have used it as a DMOAD on horses and dogs. Read about it's current approved usage and how it helps with that condition. Read about how truly huge arthritis is in Australia. Here I will save you a google on that last one.

An amazing anti-inflammatory for treatment of arthritis (RA/OA and the others) in addition to back pain would be bigger than having a first line treatment for mental health in Australia.

Imagine having a drug that helps 10 or 15% of the developed world.

The most prevalent chronic conditions experienced in Australia in 2020-21 were:
Mental and behavioral conditions – 20.1%
    Back problems – 15.7%
    Arthritis – 12.5%
    Asthma – 10.7%
    Diabetes – 5.3%
Heart, stroke and vascular disease – 4.0%
    Osteoporosis – 3.6%
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – 1.5%
    Cancer – 1.6%
    Kidney disease – 1.1%.

When you step away from the SP, and the noise about a looming CR, and the charts calling for 80c, and the idea that the company are doing nothing, as they are silent while the SP declines, you start to remember that they are scientists, and they are likely sticking to what they know best right now, which is the science. They would know they need to do a deal for MPS and get the revenue flowing in, as it's the only thing that will kick this into the other direction, and reduce the impact of a future CR. They must know.

I guess what I am trying to say to people who are stressing about the red is, NOTHING has changes since the last announcement. People were willing to buy at $1.70 thinking it was finally going to rerate to where we all think it should be. People have been willing to sell under a dollar because they have rightfully grown tired. The market is just made up of people, with opinions, emotions, plans, excitement and frustration.

If you are in for the long haul, relax, this is just a current share valuation, it doesn't mean jack for what the shares may be worth in the future unless you are planning to sell today.

I am fully aware that posts on HC don't drive market movements, so don't interpret this as me trying to stem the bleeding. I just want to see people relax a bit more and not let all the negativity suddenly make everyone forget why we are invested in PAR. The drugs is practically already proven in so many other ways to work and be safe, we are just stuck in the long and tedious formalities of trials and approvals.

    All IMO of course.
