Correct, the caveats and sovereign risk are built into, and appropriate discounts applied to their models and subsequent SP assumptions. On pure financials the valuation differential to CXO is WAY higher.
I can of course see this share going up. It's just that it doesn't have as far to go as others in the sector. And that view is supported by the financials V market cap. Not even sure why it's controversial. But I guess the 'when lambo' crowd are the loudest on HC so....
