If a good portion of the PLL offtake profits will be headed back to fund their 25% of the Sayona Quebec converter, which btw I don't disagree with, then it stands to reason that SYA will need to raise capital for their share.
Using your logic, sales from the JV that are not part of the PLL offtake will not be enough to cover SYA's contribution to the converter. If SYA's 75% share of the non PLL offtake isn't enough then obviously PLL's 25% won't be either.
So yeah totally agree that PLL will need to set aside some of the profits from their offtake and that it is likely SYA will need to raise.
