    Maybe IOOF super pays out of the kindness of their heart, whatever the case may be, the money was refunded with the allocation of new shares in my account. Automic holding out on retail buyers is a Automic problem. You're saying above; Red 5 undertook to refund monies "promptly", and they have in my super funds case. So it's an Automic problem.
