So the SP has got a smack for bad behaviour and has now returned back inside bollies tagging the 8ema today. Will it now come back to test the breakout / support of the bollie median or bounce off the 8? We'll soon find out.
I'm biased as looking for a re-entry so don't mind me but this TA set-up would be ideal if the SP tests support at the median line. It gives a great base to begin a reversal of the downtrend and confidence in producing higher highs.
Please note, selling volume dropping off and now all bollie bands and median wicking upwards (the opposite to a few of weeks ago).
The chart looks really good to me.
