Yes, I see new high, just because from the books I have been reading, when interest rate is low, people put money into stock, they are now in fear so they put them in Gold, but Gold doesn't pay interest. My plan always has been to go long on xjo when she is at 4400. If we have a new low and broke the "Morning Star" pattern then I will rework my plan.
