Hi Stirer, it seems to be only you who doesn’t understand the importance of signed framework agreement to funding. As you seem to have a thing against EGR then perhaps this from EV1 (who also have just signed an agreement) will assist. I have highlighted the relevant section in yellow to save you reading it all.
