@bakerrrrrr i think ICI is an easy business to understand; extracting the following from the recent anns & reports was easy:

last FY the company had $2.25m in one-off acquisition costs; LS contributed 11 months to the Group's financials which was $7.7m profit; headcount grew by ~20% which should directly translate to +20% increase in deliverables/revenue/profit this FY; Flying Sheep should receive $1m~ grant from the German government; multiple NFT/games should start to imminently generate revenue:

considering last FY's revenue was $30.1m & cashflow from operations was negative $61k, applying just the above known & quantifiable factors, we can calculate a rough impact on a like-for-like, YoY basis:

+20% increase in revenue, which appears to have a blended profit margin last year of 25% = $36.12m forecasted revenue this year with an additional profit contribution of $640k (8.3%) from LS for the additional 1 month of operations; this results in a positive operating cashflow of $2.3m this FY, from a negative $61k last FY. add $1m grant plus the $2.25m savings due to the one-off acquisition-related costs, this year's back of envelope total net cashflow from operations should then be positive about $5.55m.

$5m cfp is my base estimation; it excludes expected NFT sales & revenue from new games, which could be $500k or $5m; i think it's too early to estimate their potential contribution.

our first quarterly report for FY23 is out in less than 2 weeks!, & this afternoon is webinar! hopefully these are catalysts that propel SP back to +10 cents, an MC of $130m, which then places ICI on par with PLY's MC.
