Clearly Jimmy - x64 is managed by a completely new team now. The fact that a well credentialed self made man has come on board out of retirement tells me something. The company flagged the issues in their public announcement on the ASX and said the announcement was not price sensitive. Unless they have changed the law the directors are still bound by the companies code of conduct and have responsibities to all shareholders. Everything our new directors have done has been positive.in my view. You can't cherry pick. DYOR
