Don't particularly care nor worry about what you or others with similar views to yourself think. The video(s) posted wasn't entirely knocking an EV per se should you care to watch it but rather an assessment of an experience that the person encountered with an EV on his travels. Then you go and bag you-tube or rather, allege one's trust in such videos. There are lots of videos and/or discussion both pros/cons on any topic. You dismiss the cons some are experiencing but equally happy to promote similar videos in the pros department?? Renewable energy and EV's do have a number of negatives but only positive postings are 'acceptable'?? Of course that is the case for those pushing the 'transitional' changes as they refuse to listen or even acknowledge those highlighting shortcomings.
Yes, the world is caught up in a transition of sorts and the biggest one being making more money with the hype of saving the planet - the very planet that will have to endure more waste and toxicity to which most seem oblivious and shut their eyes to. Go and bag videos or even posters posting them and then go and throw away a bag of toxic goodies for the sake of saving the planet by allegedly having clean air. Then of course the material supply issues that will require tremendous amount of energy just to get to.
Forget those who are suffering from 'range anxiety' as there are a far more number of people that are suffering from 'budget' anxiety with those numbers climbing daily worldwide in pandemic proportions as the cost of living expenses increase. AIMODone thread?? Not sure how you derived that conclusion as the transition is not as yet complete - perhaps thread is done for you but it appears there are ongoing transitional issues.
