Oh, and you know what'd happen if SYQ decided to go downstream on their own? PLL would still get their 113Ktpa @ $900/t because it wouldn't be the Joint Venture! Maybe that wouldn't be such a bad thing if SYQ decided on carbonate and to go it alone via SYA. But as 25% JV partners, that's unlikely, don't you think?
