The USA has no intention of "overcoming" its national debt (now well over 8 trillion dollars and rising) .... the USA is incapable of ever doing so ... just not possible.
The fallback is to "service" the debt (which Greece was unable to do - hence CRISIS!)
Just wait until USA's GDP is unable to service the national debt (and the gap is steadily narrowing).
That's when all hell will break loose and GFC 1 and GFC 2 will look like storms in a teacup.
Pray to God a solution is found.
