looks to me like it’s already part of legislation which has been incorporated into the Framework agreement.
As long as Lindi is adhering to the standards set out by the Tanzanian mining commission then its above board.
Why would Gencorp, BMCG and contractors all be invested in Lindi Jumbo if they couldn’t start mining until after theFA was signed. If this was the case why hasn’t WKT done the FA. If companies that haven’t started construction can get it what do you think would be the problem for Lindi. It only took 3 months from end of negotiations to be signed. It’s hardly a big effort.
