And from the announcement, Novus Capital will receive (subject to Shareholder approval)

1. $30,000 in brokerage fees (6%).
2. 65m options with an exercise price of 0.6c, expiring in 3 years from issue.
3. 10,000,000 shares and 3,333,333 options with an exercise price of 0.6c, expiring in 3 years from issue as a management fee for the placement.

So $30k cash fee, 10m free shares and 3m options as a 'management fee', and 65m free options at 0.006?
